Keppel DC Reit - Speculative Play

As some reits start to hit sky high price, our mindset need to change as they are more like speculative play.  Keppel DC Reit close at 2.50 on Friday, the dividend yield are lesser that Bank stocks.  Now its like playing for capital gains.  The last three bars look very steep and dangerous.
