ParkwayLife Reit - Bullish Rounded Bottom
Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust forms bullish "Rounded Bottom" chart pattern
Oct 29, 2021
Trading Central has detected a "Rounded Bottom" chart pattern formed on Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (C2PU:SGX-ST). This bullish signal indicates that the stock price may rise from the close of 4.660 to the range of 4.840 - 4.880. The pattern formed over 22 days which is roughly the period of time in which the target price range may be achieved, according to standard principles of technical analysis.
Tells Me: There has been a gradual shift from a downtrend to an uptrend; there may be a sharp rally ahead.
The Rounded Bottom represents a slow and gradual reversal of the trend from down to sideways to up. Volume diminishes near the bottom as the stock trades within a range and finally bursts as investors become more decisively bullish. While rarer than other reversal patterns and often longer term, Rounded Bottoms usually mark a major turnaround.
This bullish pattern can be seen on the following chart and was detected by Trading Central proprietary pattern recognition technology.

When US Keep Increasing Its Debts Level
What will happen when US Keeping Increasing Its Debts Level?
No one knows, but we are about to find out.
The traditional monetarist idea is that if debt increases one of three things will happen….
- interest rates will rise which will kill the economy
- you have too much to pay, and so you’ll default, or
- you’ll have to print money to pay the debt and you’ll have hyperinflation
But the modern monetary theorists say that this is all wrong, and you can increase debt indefinitely and print money to pay the debt and as long as you have real productive assets that aren’t being used then everything will be fine. Note that this only works for the US. In any other country, if you run huge debts, your creditors will dump your currency, and you won’t have any cash to buy exports. But US can print US dollars.
Until last year (2020), the MMT guys were considered a bit crazy kooks, but you have a situation in which if you don’t massive print money now, the economy will collapse. So they were the only guys with politically realistic policies.
So we will see what happens.
