Dow Jones - Overrun

What does this stock chart says?

As usual, the stock market are ahead of the US CPI news release yesterday.  From the chart, seem like kind of overrun.  Its is nearing the resistance, it will do a clean BREAKUP if if wish to continue its uptrend.
