Fed cut interest rate, US and Eurpose introduce more fiscaly policy into the market but why the stock market did not move an inch?

Simply because people cannot go out to spend, all their travelling, buying and entertainment demand all confine inside the house.  Once the pandemic start to stabilize, eventually would, the world economy is going to explode all at one go.
