CDL HTrust Long-Term Trend is Flattish

Hospitality does not seem to be a good sector to invest in.  CDL HTrust is flattish for a decade.  Only seen some uptrend light in 2018 and 2019.  Compare with Malls and Commercial office sector, performance is considered poor.
